On Wednesday, September 27, 2006 the advisory board of the Windsor Police Explorers conducted the ANNUAL RECOGNITION CEREMONY

It was held in the Windsor Town Hall Council Chambers from 7PM-9PM.

Explorer Captain Kristor gave an excellent, and entertaining speech, and was presented with a plaque, recognizing his services as Captain of the Windsor Police Explorers.

The ceremony was recorded and can be viewed on Windsor Public Television.
